These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BuzzVillSocial ("we," "us," "the platform"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

BuzzVillSocial sells social media engagement services (such as followers, likes, views, and comments) sourced from third-party providers. We do not create or control the underlying social media platforms your order is delivered to.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must only submit links or usernames for accounts you own or are authorized to act on behalf of.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with the terms of service of the platform you are ordering for (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Many social platforms restrict or prohibit purchased engagement, and using our services may violate those platforms' own rules.
• You must not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, harassment, or manipulation of public discourse.

3. No guarantee against platform action

Because purchased engagement may violate a target platform's own terms, that platform may remove followers/likes, flag, restrict, or suspend the account you ordered for, entirely at that platform's discretion. We do not control and cannot guarantee against this outcome, and we are not liable for any consequences to your account arising from your use of our services.

4. Payment

All orders must be paid for in advance via the payment methods available on the platform. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless you select a different display currency; the amount charged is the amount shown at checkout.

6. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuzzVillSocial is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of social media accounts, followers, or business opportunities.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
